Writing down my thoughts of certain restaurants and taking pictures has become a way to keep a digital diary of where I eat across the years. Boy oh boy do I want to remember this one. XO Taco & Tequila Bar, located near the heart of Syracuse, NY is my new obsession. Serving over 10 different creations of tacos and many unique margarita flavors, this restaurant should be at the top of your to-go list!

I tend to keep an eye out for Mexican restaurants, especially ones including a tequila bar. Aside from loving the array of choices and being an avid Mexican food eater, I also love to chase the thrill I get when I’m at Garage Taco in Binghamton. The atmosphere involves a warm chaos and quite the red theme, welcoming you, but also daring you to try their spiciest sauces.

**‘HOT STUFF’**

One of the main reasons I love XO so much is they carry ‘Hot Stuff’ sauces. I personally have no spice tolerance but love the taste of spicy sauces (weird right?) so I absolutely love the ‘**chihuahua**’ spice! It adds so much to the already flavorful meal that you’re getting and it’s right at your table to add for free!
